St. Maarten, marine refrigeration manufacturing

 Ener-Tech in 2010 built a Lobster holding refrigeration system for a local fishery distributer here in Sint Maarten. Controller and refrigeration system loads were calculated along with a controller that would enable temperature drops over a period of time as the client decided. The system slowed the metabolism of the animal to allow air freight to Europe with minimal loss of product.
