St. Maarten, marine air conditioning re-manufacturing

Ener-Tech remanufactured chill and tempered water systems are not rebuilt, repaired and repainted. The system module is completely disassembled and useable non wearing parts are cleaned, refurbished and placed aside for reassembly. Accessories, components and compressors that are subject to wear and degradation effecting performance are either rebuilt, upgraded or replaced. The system when complete is vigorously tested and recorded for performance. We under coat the final assmbly with marine grade zinc chromate followed up with marine grade gloss white.  

Ener-Tech delivers the remanufactured system far superior than the original equipment as well as performance satisfying the clients expectations in performance and new appearance.

	Assembly begins with a new Copeland scroll compressor, reversing valve and Flat Plate heat exchanger
	Top view showing new components including new Flat Plate designed with additional inside distributer for increased distribution. We also use Sporlan balanced port expansion valves with superheat adjusting capabilities all upgrades for increased efficiency and performance
	New condenser is installed the Module is primed with marine zinc chromate and white gloss finish.The system is then bench tested and readings are recorded for warranty purposes.
	Remanufactured 10 ton Marineair with the  additional feature of electronic expansion valve allowing 3degree superheat along with additional flat plate surface area and internal distributer which out performed original Marineair system
